Storage area

Continent has a total storage capacity of 15,000 m2. 

Order picking

The Warehouse Management System is used to make the goods ready for shipment. The process includes various verification points to ensure that the right goods are shipped to the client. All actions within the process are carried out with a scanning device.

Internal equipment

Continent has available (8 tonne, 5 tonne and 2 tonne) forklifts, reachtrucks, electric pallet jacks and ordinary pallet jacks.  The warehouse is equipped with 14 loading and unloading docks. All goods can be unloaded with this.

Floor heating

The storage areas of Continent are heated by floor heating. Even the pit for the loading and unloading docks is equipped with floor heating, which makes it no problem at Continent to unload in wintry conditions.
